| Retainers are often requested for evaluations and expert witness services. Retainers for evaluation services are determined by the number of hours estimated by the intake worker at the initial contact. However, they usually range from 5 to 8 hours at the above rate. Expert witness fees are charged for the clinician's time from "door to door" and set on an individual case basis. |
| Missed Appointments: |
| Appointments canceled without at least 24 hour notice will be charged for the appointment, or a minimum of one hour at the applicable rate. |
